User Data Deletion & Account Unlinking

Use this form to request removal of your Blu account data or to disconnect a social login from Facebook, Instagram, X, or Google. We review every request within 7 days in line with provider policies.

Submit a deletion request

Completing this form opens your default mail app with a pre-filled email to giveablu@gmail.com. If the email client does not open, please send the information listed below manually.

What happens next?

  1. 1. Submit your request. We log the request and send a confirmation to your contact email.
  2. 2. Verify your identity. Our team may reach out for additional proof that you control the linked social account.
  3. 3. Remove the provider connection. We permanently delete tokens and unlink the selected login within 7 days.
  4. 4. Receive final confirmation. You will get an email once deletion is complete or if we need more information.

Provider-specific steps

  • Facebook & Instagram: You can also revoke Blu under Settings → Apps and Websites.
  • X (Twitter): Visit Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions to remove Blu.
  • Google: Open Google Account → Security → Third-party access to disconnect Blu.

Blu retains donation transaction records required for compliance, but we remove identifiers that link them to your social account once deletion is complete.
