We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:
When you choose to authenticate with Facebook, Instagram, X, or Google, you also agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those providers. Blu uses social login data exclusively to verify your identity, assess account age, and display verification badges. We do not post to your social profiles or share donation history with those providers. You are responsible for complying with each provider's community guidelines when linking or disconnecting accounts.
You may revoke Blu's access at any time by visiting the provider's security settings:
Revoking access with the provider does not automatically delete your Blu account; please follow the Data Deletion process below to complete removal on our platform.
You may request removal of your Blu account, social login connection, or associated personal data at any time. Submit a request through the Data Deletion page or email giveablu@gmail.com with your name, Blu username, and the login provider you wish to delete. We respond within seven (7) days and, once verified, permanently remove access tokens and profile information while retaining donation transaction records required for compliance and audit purposes.
If your account holds unsettled donations or is involved in an active investigation, we may delay complete deletion until the matter is resolved, consistent with legal and platform obligations.
